Cambridge's multi-screen movie theater anchors the historic downtown. This family-owned cinema complex shows first-run films to residents and visitors from up to 30 miles away.

The East Central Regional Library, serving six counties, is headquartered in Cambridge. It meets the information technology needs of area businesses by providing a computer lab featuring 11 computers, high-speed Internet access and specialized training.

The 700-seat Performing Arts Center on the campus of Cambridge-Isanti High School is the center of Cambridge's cultural life. The state-of-the-art theater presents performances by student, professional and touring artists. It also supports one of the most active arts education program in the region.
